RESERVATIONS,
INSURANCE AND TERMS FOR ALL PACKAGES
All rates are per
person in CANADIAN FUNDS. A valid Canadian or US passport is required
and should have at least 6 months left before expiry. Check with K Banks
Travel if you are not a Canadian or American citizen. Your reservation
is held when a deposit of $400.00 per person is received, on first come
basis, subject to availability. The balance of your package is due 60
days before your departure date. If you must cancel the following charges
apply: 60 days or more before departure-loss of $400.00 deposit, 59
days to date of departure-100% of package. To protect against the possiblity
of cancellation due to health problems or unforseen circumstances we
strongly suggest the purchase of optional insurance. This should be
discussed with K. Banks Travel at the time of booking. Credit cards
can not be accepted for trip payment, your personal cheque or money
order should be made payable to K. Banks Travel. Package price does
not include meals other than those specified, tips, personal expenses,
optional tours, or the Cuban airport departure tax of $20.00 USD, which
is paid locally. Further information about Cuba and your vacation will
be forwarded to you in the coming weeks. Cuba is one of the most fascinating
countries to experience and enjoy however supplies can be scarce, communications
are unpredictable, and service is often slow. We should try to unwind,
relax, and enjoy the ambiance. Please resist the temptation to expect
the Cubans to perform exactly like Canadians. If they did, we would
lose the pleasure of observing their culture. As is standard with the
terms and conditions of travel packages, We (Terry and Val Rilkoff)
and K. Banks Travel (1994) Ltd. can not be held responsible for unforeseen
problems or interruptions of service, changes in itineraries or provided
services, and all other situations that are beyond our control.
