The rose panels on this vest are 100% polyester moiré embellished with hand and machine embroidery and bordered with gimp in matching tones. This was going to be a pillow but my bedroom colors changed when we moved so had something to play with. The colored fabric is 100% cotton and the vest is lined with cotton. The sleeves have a wide band of leaves and flowers done using a decorative stitch from my machine to make the leaves and vines and french knots to make the flowers. The same pattern is used on the neckband. To wear this as a vest, all you need to do is to unbutton the sleeves.
